Ⓛⓐ Ⓛⓤⓝⓐ🌑!

Kia Orana everyone, these past 2 weeks my class has been learning about how to use onomatopoeia/sound words!! We’ve also been learning to use dialogue in our stories so we can include our onomatopoeia too! I found using onomatopoeia a little bit difficult before we learnt more about it bc I didn’t really have any dialogue in my story for the onomatopoeia to go with. But now I know I can always add dialogue just add it at the right time 🙂

Kia Ora Everyone Today my class was learning and talking about descriptive sentences, nouns, pro-nouns.

Here is my favourite sentence!!

Laying colourful tulips down on the grave, Alex was sobbing and dropped on his knees. “Mackenzie why did you have to save your life for mine (then Alex starts crying 😭 again)”

Learning about descriptive sentence’s, noun’s, and pro-noun’s were was very fun I love writing sentences and it also feels good when your sentence is read out and everyone likes it.

Kia ora guys this is my first post of the year!! This is my Batman writing that I have just finished!!

I hope you like my writing.

This task is very good and fun I hope we can do more of this writing.

 

Thesaurus

Write 6 sentences that detail who the story is about, where the story is set, what problem/conflict happens in the story, how they handle the problem, how the problem is solved and how the characters change.

Sentence 1

(describe your character)

 There was a hero called Batman who is always saving people everyday.
Sentence 2

(describe the scene)

 It wasn’t a peaceful day today there was road rage, traffic jams, and heaps of people making noise and it was unusual.
Sentence 3

(Conflict – what is the problem?)

 A villain going and committing crimes but he disguises himself as he commits the crimes.
Sentence 4

(Conflict – how does your character feel?)

 Batman felt very confused about who the villain is.

(resolution – how is the problem solved?)

 Batman followed around this mysterious villain and unmasked him as the joker.

(how characters have changed)

 The joker is still his same self but he gets more and more evil by the day. Batman is still saving people but he knows the joker is always up to something.

Describe in detail the quest or challenge the hero is facing. 

Challenge – Use this sentence in your writing Ring ring…Ring ring…Ring ring… There was a call from the phonebox on the corner…   
Ring ring… Ring ring…Ring ring… There was a call from a phone booth in the corner… Batman answered it “hahahahahahahaha you really fell for my trick batman or should I say dumb man hahaha” the joker said in laughter. 

“You really think I will just fall for your tricks huh joker come on stop playing around and come and play outside” Batman said in confidence.

 BANG EVERYONE WENT SCREAMING AND RAN AS SOON AS THEY COULD!!! Batman knew the joker came out to play and the joker was right in front of batman he was just disguised. As soon as he talked Batman knew it was the joker SWOOSH batman did a backflip onto the joker and tried to choke the joker. The joker jumped out of Batman’s arms and pulled out a knife. The joker was threatening Batman with a sharp knife. But Batman wasn’t scared at all. Batman took that knife and then  SCRATCH SCRATCH BATMAN CRIES IN PAIN “did you learn a new trick to steal a knife huh well it’s not enough for you LEARN SOMETHING ELSE NEW”. SNAPPED, Batman swooped and stole the knife off the joker RUMBLING BATMAN SWANG AT THE JOKER AND KNOCKED HIM OUT. Then the traffic started to die. FInally after a while Batman saved the day! THe joker ran away and was very angry and he wants to never give up on his plan of stopping Batman. The Joker can come back any day and anytime to strike back at Batman. Maybe the Joker might get people from the multiverse if Doctor Strange did something wrong, who knows? If that happens in the future Batman knows he wouldn’t be able to handle too many people by himself..
