Annyeonghaseyo, I have my 2nd SLJ task here! This task was about the poetry slam. This is all of my planning so far but i’ll get up to writing some of my poems soon & also while the poetry slam competition is running. I had to really think deep into my mind to get my ideas but I eventually got they’re in the end!

Hey everyone, this is one of my art pieces from earlier on in the year. But in our class we are talking about Irregular polygons! An Irregular polygon is a shape that might have equal but might not have equal sides. Also the angles will all be different so you’ll see an acute angle, right angle, reflex angle, obtuse angle.

Hey everyone, today I finished my oral language slides ( Yoshi slides). This slides were fun to do but, also my favourite bit was the drawing because we had to draw in a Japanese art style. One of the most challenging things about this set of slides was that we had to find a place on google earth. There wasn’t many huts that I saw so I just searched up mount fuji!

Konnichiwa everyone! Today I finished the first summer learning journey task! This activity is about a treasure hunt. So our objective was to collect certain objects & finish the hunt! We also had to take a photo of the items & make it into a poster labelling what item is what.

hey everyone, how are you guys? Today, Phil came to our class & told us about the SLJ (aka Summer Learning Journey!). In the Summer Learning Journey there is the A.B.C. A stands for access like if you have access to the internet at home or at your caregivers place. B stands for blogging like knowing how to use your blog & creating blog posts about your tasks. Last of all C stands for Cybersmart your probably thinking why cybersmart? Well it’s because we have to be smart online someone could just steal your identity.

Malo e lei lei everyone, I have another the one and only Ivan ponder! If you answered this ponder what would your answer be comment it down below! Here’s my thoughts on this ponder!
I think it was kind of fair & kind of not fair for Mack to raise Ivan like a human because he isn’t a human he’s a gorilla. I think he should’ve at least felt how it was to be raised as a gorilla. He is grown up now. But I do respect Mack’s opinion because it would be easier for her.
Kia ora everyone, I would rather be a size of a bug rather than the size of a whale because the food would be bigger!

Hey everyone, this is my one & only Ivan slides. The hardest thing about these slides were the pictures we had to draw so many pictures!
What do you think about my slides?
Morena everyone, I think Ivan does remember some of his stories from his childhood because he lost his parents & Stella died. I think that’s really heartbreaking especially to Ruby (Stella’s niece). I think Ivan wouldn’t want to remember those memories because they’re sad & you can’t just think about the past. You need to be present in the current times!

Your drawing is Awesome! Your drawing reminds me of when I did one of the SLJ tasks last year! It was to do with symmetry.
So far I’ve done the poetry slam planning & the treasure hunt with rocket girl!
You should try the treasure hunt it’s really fun! Bonus is that you get to go outside in your backyard.
